My DW has had her Chase Freedom for about 22 months. Began with a 1k SL. 5 months in they gave her 1.5k and 6 months later 1k . She's been sitting at 3.5k for almost a year with heavy usage and usually PIF. Woke up this morning to a nice 3K CLI. They sure are slow but they came thru in a nice way with no HP's
