Credit Unions usually use the same HP for X amount of days. Seeing how it fits the credit card area, it just probably used the same HP vs another area where a CU could pull it depending on their policy.

Example: My local CU uses the same HP for 30 days on credit products (Auto Loans are a sep HP alone).

UPDATE....I called Navy and spoke with the bankruptcy dept and inquired about the alert still showing on my account. She said that the rep forgot to remove it and that's prob why I got declined for the secured card. She said my payment on Monday reflected on Wednesday and my account was clear. She removed the alert and told me to apply again. I did and I was approved for the secured card.
