I have been on such a ho streak this week that I thought I would give it a try. I may give it a shot with Chase also when the card arrives, but don't want to jinx or make them change their mind.

Received my Chase Slate care today. Requested a CLI and was denied. Oh well, all in all a good week. I won't be applying for anymore credit anytime soon so I can let these inquiries drop off. My current lineup looks this way:
Barclays US Airways...$14K
Texas Trust CU...$7500
Cap One Venture...$6500
Care Credit...$5500
Chase Slate...$5000
Citi Simplicity...$5000
Car Care One...$3000

I got a little greedy and tried for the BofA CC and was denied because of BK. Chase and Citi had no problem with it. I'm done applying and BofA will never be in my line-up. I will just keep building my credit and CL on my Chase, Citi, Texas Trust and Barclays. I will ultimately drop Cap One soon I think.
