Now to build some history & age so I won't get hurt too bad by dropping 2 cards that have $1750 combined limits; Fidelity that Elane refuses to CLI & Cap1 because I'm not getting benefit from it.

Congrats on your approvals! 🎉 Should be nice additions. Wouldn't be the worst idea lowering utilization or increasing credit limits to off set it. I would imagine it can improve your score even further significantly!

Congrats on the approvals! If those two cards you're closing are your cards, they won't hurt your age factors until they fall off your reports, commonly about ten years after closure.
Congratulations...This is good DPs for one with high utilization. Althought YMMV, it still provides info for people with similiar situations such as myself.
