Has anyone been curious enough to actually decline a discover CLI..... I know its like pulling teeth to get a tasty CLI from Miss Disco but... I am a bit curious if it would have any effect on a later request....

If you go through the Discover Data Points thread, there are instances of people declining small CLI (usually if it's only $100 or $200). I guess it's in the hopes that they'll get something better. I personally wouldn't turn it down.
