Discover APR reduction

We got hit with penalty APR's years ago.  With all the info I learned here, we asked for a drop in our 28.99% rate.  They okayed 5% to 23.99.  We can ask again in 6 mos.  Not great, but better!    We have better cards with 0% promos to 5/18 and rates at half this so is not that big of an issue; just disappointing.  We had a small balance I moved to one of those and this now sits at $0.  Will use it for the 5% gas and the 18 yr age it has!

congrats on the decrease, something is better than nothing. trying to load up on that 5% GAS DEAL THIS QTR TOO.
