I was hoping for another $1K CLI (Trying to close Merrick card and replace CL), I requested one over the phone only to be met with "Insufficient Experience with Current Discover Card Credit Limit". I was going to wait until April 5th to apply again but I decided to go back and review my past statements. That's when I realized that I had not used the card enough to warrant an increase and it was my past 12 month history that Discover had previously used to grant me a CLI in Jan and Feb.

Well, I decided to spend over $4,200 on this March statement, let 8.9% report on the statement end date (two days ago), paid it off after it reported. I tried my luck 40 minutes ago and saw that I was approved for a $500 CLI. I didn't accept or decline the request, like last time and I quickly called the backdoor number for Discover CLI Specialist and requested the max CLI. BOOM! $4,000 CL.
As mentioned last time, I will continue tracking my CLIs with Discover until I hit a stopping point (replacing Merrick's CL). Posting my Disco CLI Timeline and DPs below.
