And that's exactly the best way to use the card to be honest. It does not take a significant spend nor a spend outside of the 5% rotating categories to yield large CLIs. I've received routine $4000-$5000 CLIs with $0-$150 spends per cycle on nothing other then the current rotating category and had excellent CLI success.
