Discover CLI Ch13 milestone

Early last year I applied for a Discover IT expecting to be denied with the hopes of being offered a secured card.  Well, I was approved instantly for a unsecured card with a lousy $800 CL.  I tried to get more but they wouldn't budge.  I had heard that Discover likes lots of usage so that is what I did.  The double cashback offer was definitely an incentive.  Well, Discover did reward me with regular CL increases after month 3 and today I crossed the $10K line in less than 18 months!  Oh and did I mention that I'm still in BK?  Yay!!

That's awesome!  Congrats!  Discover won't even toss a glance my way...they have no luv for me.  But it's okay...they will one day...hopefully...

Question, do you mind to tell me how you do it?, my Disc has now $3950, i use it a lot, mean a lot and after 9 months i went from $1000 to $3950, its true that this month i got 2 CLI for $500 but still, my usage is high but i only let it report max 3% of the total CL, do you use it and let it report high balance as well?, just trying to get the idea.

I always pay off my balance right away soon as it gets over $200. Also, I hit the Luv button 2 days after every 2 statements.

Thank you seanny, last question, do you let balance report or you PIF before ?.

I always PIF but sometimes the reporting caught me.
