Discover CLI

I finally got a Discover CLI this morning! They only gave me $800 but I’ll take anything from them. I have been trying for so long! I called the CLI line this morning to see if I could get more. They offered me more but would require a HP so I passed. Maybe I’ll keep the card

Discover is killing me as well.  Offering a $300 CLI is hardly worth taking.  I also called in to potentially double dip but declined to take the HP.  Sounds like others have had greater success simply adding another account with a higher SL. Currently enjoying 5% dining rewards for the quarter though.

Congrats! Disc only gave me $500, wanted to do HP for more which I declined as well.

I know it may not seem like much, but eventually that limit grows. Hang in there! Congrats on the CLI!!!

Congrats! My Discover has been slow to grow as well.. just got $700 earlier this week. After reading through the Disco limit thread was beginning to think I was the only one. Onward and upward!

That was my story. Would not give me a credit increase on my $300 card. Applied for a new Discover it card and BAM! $14,500 SL. What’s ironic is, 5 days later I get an email with a $1000 CLI on the $300 card. They operate differently, that’s for sure.
