Oh no. A few others were saying they were having issues with Discover's website not working for them too. I always try to avoid doing things too late at night when websites usually preform maintenance. Hopefully you'll still be able to get it.

You should give them a call. They will let you accept the credit card offer over the phone

I am 7 months post BK 7 discharge -
Exp 642
I called Discover and they approved me $1400 SL. 23%. No AF - 1% CB - 5% Rotating CB
I asked about recon on SL. She said show us some history and ask for a CLI !
I am finally ready to garden !
To think 7 months ago where I was - Amazing !

Thanks everyone...I could never have imagined in a million years I would be where I am 7 months later. I wasted 20 years without credit cause I was scared to file BK7. I feel so foolish...
