Discover IT Cashback Approval

Yesterday, I checked the Discover Prequal link. Saw pre-approval with the lowest APR. This morning, I had a family member refer me to get a $50 statement bonus. Approved for the Disover IT Cashback with $7,000 SL and 11.99% APR. 0% APR for Purchase and BT for 14 months. Back with Discover after charging off a card in 2013. In 2 days, back in with Citi and Discover. Only Chase and Wells Fargo left.
