I'm re-rebuilding, so my scores are low (high for me) due to two recently PIF charge-offs and high (low for me 
) utilization. But I check pre-quals periodically and decided to pull for Discover and AMEX since I have never had their cards before.
Discover IT Cash Back approved: $9500
American Express Cash Magnet approved: $2000
Scores: EQ 675 - TU 686 - EX 664
Prior, I had 4 inquiries: 1 on EQ, 1 on TU, 2 on EX
I'll probably take advantage of Discover's 0% for 14 months BT offer for the last remaining debt I have, which will likely be paid off by summer, and may use the AMEX for car rental plans I have for next month. Other than that, they will not get much use until summer.
Update: both pulled Experian, 4 point hit down to 660.

Good idea to take advantage of the 0% APR just make sure to remember when you to start paying it down to avoid interests.. Good Morning!

I know that after being so low score wise is awful for anyone to go through and the rebuilding process is long and tedious but seriously always be proud of where youve come from! Your scores arent that bad anymore!! More "YES" and less "NO".. coming your way!
