Yeah I had looked at a few different CUs to start a new savings account and get my foot in the door - I've heard great things about PenFed but I'm not military and I'm not interested in joining any groups that would allow me to gain membership there. Eventually I may find a good local one but I don't have any need for any more cards for the foreseeable future, if ever. So I likely won't pursue anything with a CU any time soon.
