After going back and forth for nearly a year on whether to go for the Discover IT, or the Chase Freedom, I finally went for the IT. The SL is only $1500, but it most likely won't see tons of use anyway, so not a huge deal.
Now that I'm in with Chase, Amex, and Discover, I think I'm done for a while.
Thanks!
I had three inquiries about a year ago, but none since then.
My Experian Fico is 796 currently. The HP from today is showing on my there, but not sure if it is factored into the score yet.
You said that Discover IT pulled your EX only ?
I am pretty sure that Discover IT apps only pull EX, right ?

Congrats on approval. Why app a card that's double cash back 1st year and not plan to use alot ? Seems a wasted pull to me. Interesting .
Thanks.
It's mostly there to fill some small gaps in regular spending. It will see some moderate use, but not nearly what my BCP or Amazon Prime card sees except in quarters where the 5% category makes it worthwhile. For most of my regular off category spending at 1%, I already get equal or better return from other cards even after the doubling.

Oh, I don't know. I don't have full monitoring. That was just the one I could see on the discover fico score site.
Congrats!
I picked up a Discover last week, apped 6/5 and no HP reporting yet...
