i applied last november denied, im to afraid to apply again. My EQ has improved alot but to afraid of another HP with a denial, still have 4 CO from 2012 (paid) 2 collections from 2012 (2012) and 1 account that has 6 30 days late from 2012.

Late pmts should only stay on 2 yrs? Or am i wrong? That has happened once before,

Yes it's 2 years they don't hurt or if they do very little but still are there and show. The account won't go positive until 7 years after the DoFD from my understanding? I'm not sure how that works because it has lates on it but was paid off in 2014. No lates since 2012. So I don't know if the account goes positive after 7 years after my last 30 day late reaches 7 years. It confuses me because a its not a major delinquency.
