     I've had the card for three years.  I last credit line increase was about 90 days ago.  My Trans Union score according to discover is the 763.   Monthly spend on the card anywhere from $1000 to maybe $1500  A month.

Saleen, I think my much lower score and not using 1000-1500 per month is exactly what is disqualifying me from acquiring the increases that I covet

The lower score I agree with, but the spend... questionable.

There have been people that have reported spending 4-digit amounts on their Discover card each month and not getting requested CLIs, then when dropping their usage down to 3-digit or even a 2-digit spend they see a big CLI shortly after.

I'm actually testing this out myself as we speak.  I've had a $2000 spend or so on Discover for months now.  At first, I was getting ~$4k CLIs every month when I requested them.  Then that number dropped to a $500 CLI.  I immediately moved my spend from about $2000 to $200 this cycle which actually just ended.  I always request CLIs on the first Monday after the 4th of the month, which is the 6th this month.  I'll report back and see if I get a bigger bump from a smaller spend!

How do you get the request increase button? I requested a increase last month and was approved but i had to look for that button in the menu!!!

You are in the wrong section on the Discover site.  You don't want to go under card details.  From the main page go under "Manage" then "Credit Options" then "Credit Line Increase."  That should take you to the screen where you would enter in your income, etc. and submit the CLI request.
