I highly recommend them. I just finished my first year as a card holder. Didn't even use the card as my primary for the year. Just took advantage of the rotating 5% categories and still pulled in a $56.xx match.

been with discover since december and didn't get approved when i requested last month.

maybe i'll wait after the one year mark to request again.

Food for thought: a number of people request monthly.  Occasionally someone will refuse a $500 increase only to get a much better one 1-2 months later.

That's overall. I've been steadily bringing it down since March. Started at 95-96%. Down to 38% as of today. Only carrying balances on two cards now. Making progress!
