I keep getting denied to to "Low usage in previous months."
Doesn't help that I only spend enough to maximize the quarterly category, and that some quarters the category is useless to me, like when it is restaurants and drug store, since I almost never dine out or waste money in over priced drug stores.

Back to gardening until Late February 2026.
