Woah. What a day. ! 
Today logged on to my account to check the card transactions. Saw that $19500 limit. and thought for a while. Lets hit the SP CLI. Again...
Got the message, "We will get back to you in 2-3 days". 
Just before now, got a call from Discover customer rep team and they confirmed my details and told "We want to thank you for being a loyal customer for xyz years. So, we are increasing $3500 CL now on this card". 
I double checked whether its an SP CLI. She said "Yes". 
Thanked and greeted her back. and instantly could see the new CL reflecting on my online account.
Sweeeet increase on this card. my other discover card still stands at $43k. 
On a roll for last 2 days(Citi DC $1500 increase and All my INQs fell off this week start). In the garden for last 2 years.

And i was feeling so psyched for my first card over 20k...
I had a similar CLI recently.. You got the Joltdude special with some extra sauce =) (3500 vs 3000, and bringing you over 20k)
