Second card, $9,000 starting limit!

I got my first Discover card in May of 2018. It started out at $1,000 and I have received a few small CLIs since (up to $1,700). I requested another CLI and nada. I decided to see if I was preapproved for another card and it said I was, so I used the $75 Amazon promo link to apply. To my surprise, they gave me a $9,000 starting limit. This is huge for me, especially being less than two years of from my Ch. 7! I've since received the card, made a small Amazon purchase and got my $75 credit as soon as the purchase posted. I'm excited since I can get double cashback all year again!

Congrats on the second card. Your first is in a bucket like a Cap-1 would be but with continued use and more time since your BK it will be rebucketed and will grow.
