Ok, no idea how this is possible.
Opened my card May of 2019. Just completed my one year for cash back bonus, and made $130 in match. Had a balance running on the card for quite some time, then zeroed it off last month. Card reported a $14 balance on June 1st.
I went to go check to see what July's 5% categories were and found my limit to now be $9500, up from $4500. I haven't asked for an increase though?
A couple of months ago my account was flagged for a random check of some sort and I couldn't log in. Don't know what caused it, but yeah. According to notes on my account it even went into dispute, resolved by grantor (or at least reported by subscriber.)
FICO score gravitating around 780 today. What might have this jump? Also YAAAAY lol.
Thanks
Congrats on your increase
Sometimes lenders give increases without consumers requesting them.
Enjoy your new limit!
Congratulations on your Discover auto-CLI!
They like the way you handle your account so they rewarded you with a CLI. Congrats on it
Congratulations 🍾🎉🎊
Hey, thanks everyone.
I decided to take this good fortune and go poking around, and just love buttoned up a couple of other cards CLIs. Amazon store card up to $10k from $7k, and my Newegg card from $5k to $6k (just small requests, don't use the Newegg one much but did push it to $4k with one purchase.)
Kinda happy about this! I have some credit attending to do so later today after I've woken up I'll post a lengthier thread asking for some advice. Thanks again for the nice words!
Congrats on the CLI!
Congrats on the auto luv!!!
