Since I am in the garden, atm...with weeds poking through...
Anyway, I did some apping for my husband. Well today in the mail came his new Disney VISA with a CL of $6000. Which is good to start with. However is there a way before he activates it to do a CLI? The guys makes good money. Is there a backdoor number, or would I be sending him on a useless "mission"?
He has about a 670 Experian
Quicksilver1 (2700; combined two cards and upgraded back in July 2017) 10 year plus history on this one, his oldest.
Amex Plat. (that he uses as his daily driver; heavy use, but he wants to "put the spend" onto his new Disney Shiny card) April 2017.
Then he's added onto several of my cards; Citi Costco(7000); Macy's store card (8300); Mavel (1200); Shell Gas (800); HomeDepot (7500); AmexBlueCash (1300)
Any and all advice would be great, thank you, M&H

Chase cli will be another hp. If it worth it to him maybe he can call and explain why he needs more credit.
+1 Best guess is because of his scores even with good income the gains will probably be minimal to getting a decent CLI.
Congrats to him (you) on his approval!! That's a good limit for his score.
As stated, an increase would be another HP, so up to you if it's worth it. Maybe asking for more to help cover a Disney trip?
Thank you everyone. That's what I thought more or less, but wanted to ask just in case.
