Does Citi allow multiple approvals?

I just got approved for the Double Cash card with a 12K limit. I also want a Simplicity card. Are there any rules about Citi when applying for multiple cards?

• You can only apply for one business card every 90 days.

The rule is 60 days.  65 days is a churning recommendation to safely avoid disagreements in interpretation of whether it was 59/60/61 days that have passed since the first application.

Unfortunately that's not true here is my proof. That's 4 Citi cards in very short time frame.
