Thanks @credit_is_crack I had wanted it for awhile, but i "again" heard they were conservative.. That seems to not be as much of an issue for me tho. I will be grateful for what i could get, being that i'm a re-builder.
Thanks @Anonymous the 5% gas is worth it alone for me. I have heard of other things, but we'll see since i'm not that high on the totem pole, i may not recieve those offers like the low BT (not that i need it)
