Empire Approved

It’s been a couple of months since I have checked in but I just wanted to share. I closed on my house in April. By the time my house hit my credit I was about 77% utilization. I wanted to have my floors replaced and wasn’t sure if I was going to get approved by anyone because of my usage. I applied for empire and was approved for $8100, more than enough to cover my flooring project. Empire uses Wells Fargo, Transunion pull - VA at the time.

Re: Empire Approved

Congrats on the new house. Would you mind sharing a few data points such as scores, baddies, etc? I need new flooring as well and never thought about their credit option.
Thanks

Your FICO credit scores are not just numbers, it’s a skill.

Re: Empire Approved

At the time I applied my TU score was 585, which was who they pulled. Never been late on any of my 8 accounts, fairly new accounts, my house had just hit my report and all accounts were above 70% utilization. BK in 2013
