FINALLY A CLI ON CAPITAL ONE

AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS AND DENIALS ON A CAP ONE  QUICKSILVER CC WITH A CREDIT LINE OF 1650 I FINALLY GOT A 3K CLI. I WAS TOTALLY SHOCKED I THOUGHT FOR SURE I WOULD GET ANOTHER DENIAL. THIS IS AFTER 3 YEAR OLD BK DISCHARGE. I AM TOTALLY EXCTATIC. I HAVE OTHER CARDS WITH DECENT LIMITS BUT CAP ONE NEVER GREW

How long have you had the card?  Is this your first cli with Cap1?

got 2 cap one cards after my bk. A cap one platinum and quicksilver one. total credit line for both 800. I pc the quicksilver one to quicksilver and got a few 100 cli on both I combined the 2 cards giving me a total CL of 1650. I tried monthly for a year to get cli but was always denied. so today i figured give it another shot expecting another denial. I was so shocked to see that they approved my 3k increase.

Congrats on your nice CLI - I know this card does not get a lot of love on this forum, but I've got over $1600 "banked" toward my next GM vehicle and to be that's a nice chunk of change for everyday spend - especially the 5% on the first $5000 spend.
