After reading a few notes on here I pull the trigger and applied - it was not an instant approval - but 2 days later when I logged into my account, it showed a Visa Signature account for $4500!!

Highly doubt it was a SP.. You most likely have a HP either on TU or EQ Elan/Us Bank doesn't do SP approvals. Congrats on the card none-the-less and enjoy!

You were right, Hard Pull on TU, but pulled up as USB FRAUD, and when I called the number it was US Bank.
