TLDR;
Approved but got a browser error before I could "accept account opening terms". CSR says she couldn't see the card in my account
Hey, gang!
I've been wanting to go for the Fidelity Rewards card for a while now. Last night I decided to use a link that would give me $150 after $1,000 spend in 90 days.
I filled out the app and was approved!
Right after I took this screenshot an error popped up that said "Sorry, this wasn't supposed to happen.
A technical issue on our end interrupted your application."
I was confused because I had already got the 'approved' message (screenshot above) but I'm worried because I didn't "accept the account opening terms" as started in the screenshot above that I'm not actually approved, yet (?)
I'm not seeing the card in my in my Fidelity account or my Elan login (I only see my Max Cash).
I called in and the rep said they can only see my Max Cash card as well. They recommended I call in to the applications department when they open tomorrow if it still hasn't shown up by then.
Anyone else run into this sort of issue?

Congrats. Take a ss of this before it disappears. I haven't seen anyone with that issue. Mine went through as it should. But it does act like a 9-5 card when waiting for info or updates.
I took a screenshot of the approval and the error I got right after approval (both below this message). I hope it shows up tomorrow in my app but I'm also a bit bummed because I wanted to use the card before it arrived

Hope your call/account opening is troublefree...
Congratulations on your Approval!!👏🏼🍾🥂
Congrats...I think. I'm sure it will all work out. Nice starting limit, too. This will be my next app in a few months. Can't wait to get this card.

Awesome limit! Congratulations! 🥳
Hi OP, any updates?

Ahhhhhh! I totally forgot to update this thread. I was in fact approved 🎉🎉
I called back in the next morning (Monday 3/31) and confirmed the application was accepted/approved. The rep said she'd never seen this before but assured me it was approved.
The card showed up in my Fidelity account on Tuesday (4/1) and in the mail a couple days later.
I also got an approval email on 4/1 that confirmed the 0% apr for 12 billing cycles.
As soon as the card came in I put my homeowners insurance, property tax and car insurance on it. I'll let that $ accrue interest in my HYSA while I have 0% on the card.
The 15,000 bonus points are pending in my rewards center
I'm a happy camper
