My hubby just got a mailer for this card, it says "Your Pre-Approved - Accept your card today" Does this mean he is already approved for this card? He has never done business with them.

As long as he still meets the criteria for the pre-approval in his current CRs then yes he will get the card.

Thanks for the info, I just got the same mailer in the mail today lol. I don't know anything about them or how good they are to work with. I'd like to find a decent card to do a balance transfer with but the APR's are all so high

Some mailers are generalizations... Most BT's come with a 0% APR for a period of time, so unless you're going to not pay that BT off in enough time, that'll be the only time you'll need to worry about a high APR.
