@UH_HUH wrote:Hiya guys,
as some of you know I have had
my only other Comenity Card,Wayfair,
closed about two months ago. I'm a grown man
and can take a punch. Well the only thing better
then being able to take a punch, is the ability to
deliver one :-) I finally got them to give me 30K on my Boscovs card.
I have bigger and better cards, but ATM this one means the most to me.
Forgiving does not mean forgetting,so I went all out for this CLI.
I spent about $2,000 the last two months in store.
Hard to do on clothes, but I look good now :-)
I allways have them look up my card at POP for the DP crowd.
My FICO 8 scores hover around 750
Total Tradelines sitting around 600K
average HP on CR's is about 38
report 67K as my income.
Have had many account closures recently,
all Synchrony and the one Comenity.
This card issues CLI's every 61 days.
Sorry for being so long winded,
appreciate anyone who made it this long reading this LOL!!!
Here are my two pics, yes two,LOL
I am walking to my kitchen after posting this and
grabbing a celebratory beer :-)
Cheers Everyone
Oh....so YOU are the ONE getting ALL
the GOOD CLI's????? :-)
Sorry... couldn't help myself.
No sorry's needed at all :-) LOL!!!
I thought it was a very well timed
response :-) Thanks for commenting on my post :-)
Cheers

And here I thought I was trying to roll like you!
Congrats @UH_HUH on busting Comenity!
They'd probably close my account before I could get it that high! 😆
Thank you for the props @Gmood1
They are greatly appreciated :-)
Hope all is well with you,
Cheers

Thank you so much for commenting on my post @polian :-)
To answer your question with some finesse...I own two houses
that, if you have to ask the price, you can't afford them. Ball park
if I called my accountant 10K. So the retail card limit is not in play :-)
Hope you have a great night!
Cheers

Sorry, I think you misunderstood. I wasn't asking about your assets, I was simply trying to amicably ascertain if large amounts of store credit are adversly affecting your insurance rates. I'm trying to quantitatively determine exactly what I've done to myself with a few store cards over the last couple of years. My FICO is up - and also are my insurance rates.

Everything is amicable :-) I appreciate your post and will endeavor to
answer it to the best of my ability. No they are not up.
Why? Well not sure how to answer such a broad question.
For myself I have had no major life changes, save having my daughter,
in many years. Same local lenders and insurance for many years.
Since Synchrony cancelled most of my cards I have about 60K
in store card credit. Not alot considering my profile.
If you need more specific reasons as to why your insurance is going up,
contact an expert :-) That's why they are there :-)
Good luck on all your endeavors,
Cheers
Congratulations on your Boscov's CLI!
