ugh..$500 still? I would call into credit services again, and ask if there's some sort of flag on the acct, and ask for a supervisor, and tell them the issue.

yep, sure do. Its taken me 5 1/2 yrs to get that. I actually didnt realize I was up to that much in credit until just recently. I hadnt added my credit up in quite some time, so It'll be time to shed about 100k next year. I can do that with about 5-6 cards.
