CSR cards can be expedited if you call customer service and request quickly enough.

I called, and the rep told me to call again tomorrow since I just got approved.
I applied twice, the first rep doesn't know what's the issue and asked me to apply again. So I did, and still got the 30 days notice. I called and finally talked to a knowledgable rep and asked me for verification. They want me to send a copy of my SSN and DL, so I went to Chase branch, they scan and faxed it to there office. And this day finally they already received it and approved me.
