My life is complete, haha! Been trying to get a card with Citi and Am Exp for the past two years and always denied. Cold apped on the citi and pre approval on Am Exp. Was finally approved for Citi Diamond Preferred at 4.5K and the American Express Blue Cash Everyday card at 10K. Persistance pays off. Lord knows I have been trying.

My sincere thanks to everyone.

I am at EQ702; TU774; EX740 with appx 20-23 inqs on each, whereas when I was being denied, my scores were 670-690 and at least 25 or more inqs.

And yep, Blispay would not even consider me on recon.
