So my year with AMEX PRG was the 4th i think, so i went to check card offers and clicked all cards low and behold the upgrade to platinum option is finally there... Filled it out and got my wife her card back as well.. we travel frequently leasure and business.. no fancy message or anything I dont care just wanted it back be 10 years in June since we filed BK .. so thankful with this forum.. here's the message .. so i guess i dont get a fancy box this time? hahaha Thank You! You will receive your new Card(s) within 7-10 business days. You can continue using your existing Card(s) until you receive the new Card(s). For your protection, your Card will arrive in a plain, white envelope displaying Omaha, Nebraska, as the sender's address.

Pretty sure when I got my gold it said plain white envelope too, it actually turned up in a UPS envelope and in the envelope was a box.
