I had a choice of up to $25,000 for up to 5 years. Got it at the 4.99 even though I didn't take the entire amount and didn't go with the 5 years either

Have a follow up on the credit card and increase on current card.
I still HAVE NOT received a hard pull on my credit yet. I did not have any offers available to me, other than the tax and auto loan that everyone gets. I'm not complaining but still nothing on any report in over 2 weeks. That's weird right?
I have already checked online and my old card is on there with the new credit limit of $10,000 and the new card was received on last Friday and I confirmed the receipt of the card and it shows the correct $22,500 for its limit but still no hard credit inquiry.
Could I have had offers available and them not showing for some reason? I'm not going to call them and ask why there was no inquiry but heck... over $30,000 and nothing? Are they loosening up again? I don't know, but I'll take it and run and garden now
