Finally out of Hibernation

It's a bit over 2 years since my last application, but until I received an invitation from USAA with a set APR and a $200 after i spend $1000, and 0% APR for 18 months for the Prefferd Cash Rewards......I know I know . This is the one to blame. 

Approved Applications and CLIs:

USAA  ......... $13000 ....APR 22.15%

Alliant .........$15000.....APR 18.49%

wells fargo .....$2500....????? ( they called right after the application to verify my identity)

Micro center CC ....$2400  ( I love Micro center)  APR ..you know   (they called right after the application to verify my identity)

GM  Business ............$2000.

Navy Cashrewards CLI from .....$ 30000 to $ 38000

Navy Morerewarsd CLi from .....$31000 to $39000

Affinity CLI from .......&12500 to $13300 ( quick tip: if you ask why $13300, bacause my reported income is $80000, so they take $80,000/12=$6666. So $6666*2= $13300)

Capital one Quicksilver .....$9500 to $10500

Sdfcu Auto CLI .................$24000 to $ 29000

Pending Applications:

SCFCU $10000 offer accepted. still waiting

TD Bank cash cc ....After i called  they asked me to go to a branch to verify my identity. Still waiting

GM business ......they want me to upload a photo ID. Still waiting NO HP yet

Declined Applicationd: (Testing Testing) iiB

Citi costco (too many inqueries  5 Iq). but citi was iiB, it's good to know the reason is it's not the BK.

BoA (don't know yet) . iiB

Chase Amazon CC. iiB

Pre-approuved Aplication:

Home Depot $4000 declined (testing testing)

Truit All cards with set APR, 2 time I tried to accept comes back with failed to verify your identity. NO HP

Whts up with my identity I never had this problem before, is it be cause i just moved about 7 months ago?
