I opened an NFCU checking and savings in mid May.

After putting $300 in my savings, I was approved for the secured nRewards earlier today.

My BK 7 discharged on the 9th and they pulled TU (555).

Since this now makes 3 cards, I'm going to garden and see what happens in six months w/ the auto review for this card. I plan to put a few things on it and PIF.

One question, will I be able to increase the security deposit?

My DPs: as of January 2023, I am full-time employed, 55k/year, 2 federal consolidated loans plus 3 new student loans, had perfect payment history with 0 derogs until 90 day lates prior to filing BK in March 2019.

Everything I've managed to find says I can put more money in the savings and then call to ask them to increase my limit so if I decide to do that I guess I'll find out!
