GM BuyPower by CapitalOne -- Approved

I applied for the Capital One GM BuyPower card on Saturday; when applying online it told me my application needed further review and I'd hear from them in 7-10 days.

I figured that was a denial, then the screen switched to ask me which card design I wanted and a few other questions I don't remember "so we can send your preferred card right away if approved".

Today I called to check the status, the rep seemed annoyed while asking me identity questions-- then his voice went excited telling me "Congratulations! You were instantly approved on Saturday with a $3,000 limit!"

Transunion (711 fico8) and Experian (714 FICO8) are the credit pulls I'm seeing from Capital One.

Congrats! I had that card for awhile but canceled it recently due to the fact that I’m not sure if I’m ever gonna buy GM lol. 3k is actually a good SL for that card. A lot of people with fantastic credit got $500 lol. I lucked out and got 5k but didn’t end up even using it

CONGRATZ!!!!!!!! That sl is great! I've had that card for 4 years, it's still sitting at $500. So CONGRATZZZ AGAIN!

Congrats. I applied while i waited at the dealer for a service appt in Nov 17, got approved for 2k then. Haven't received a cli as of yet. Rewards add up at 5% and make sense if you are a GM buyer. I had 12mo 0% so i was carrying a good balance for awhile, now that it's off that card maybe am hoping for a cli to come thru eventually.
