GM Card approval/DCU CLI

I have a ton of inq's and a recent debacle so I went at it again. Applied for GM Card and received offer for 12k which I graciously accepted. Next up was DCU where I had the Visa at 7.5k for a number of years without any increase of preapproval offers. Thawed EQ and asked for 20k. Received approval next day without POI or any required further steps. Logged into account and there was 20k. That was too easy.
