So its been 3 months since my last cli, decided to grow my gap card higher in the hopes it will eventually get turned into the visa down the road. Was at 6,000 asked for 8,000 and was instantly approved. 734 fico score as of now. Thats good for now.
The synch chat has changed now .When you click on the green live chat it now takes you too "Sydney" your virtual assisant who asks you what you need. When i typed in credit line increase it directed me to the page online where you request it yourself. So then i typed in Represenative and then it asked if i wanted to connect to live chat. i clicked yes and then it told me to wait while they got someone to me. Now you do not see the name of the person assisting you, and you do not see when they are typing back to you. And when you type in any numbers (like annual income, how much more credit you want etc) when you press send to show it up on the chat screen it blockes out the numbers. For instance i typed in wanting an additional 2,000 and on the screen when i pressed send it showed "an additional **** please". Weird.
Update. It DOES show you who the represenative is, says it once as soon as you connect with someone. Example it will say at the top of the screen "connected to customer service representative Anita Stein. But then just shows chat bubbles as you go back and forth.
And hmmm went to my amazon store card chat and it was the same as before. So so far for me its just been the gap chat thats different
