Gave in and accepted for CSP

So youngandcreditworthy pressured meme....and I got so wrapped around getting those bonus points that I applied for the card :-( Well they gave me $6900, to which I was happy. I moved around some of my limits to make it $15k, closed my Chase Militay Star Card, and plussed up my Freedom. I got the 40k points w/ $3k spend in 3 months. Also asked to expedite it so I can hurry up and buy these plane tickets!!!!!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhh! FYI, no baddies, 13 year history, 5.2 year AAoA, reporting 9% uti across all three, zero balance on all 3 Chase cards though. Not sure if I was double pulled or not. Scores were 690 EQ 716 Transunion 680 EX ( from Equifax Complete Advantage 3 in 1)

Congarts

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: Gave in and accepted for CSP

Yea, I was going to apply in Texas ( I temporarily live in Oklahoma) but I'm in Georgia this weekend, and no Chase here. Peer pressure is a mother!

OH! Now it's my fault?!? Lol
You'll be happy you did it!! Your $6900 beat my $6000! I could move some of my Freedom limit over I s'pose, but $6k suits my spending needs for the time being.
Haha B335is is happy he/she did it too!
You'll love the card, and it is true- you will get comment after comment after comment about how "heavy" it is. Lol :-)

Re: Gave in and accepted for CSP

Yeah, mine keeps getting super scratched and everywhere I go, they've been double swiping it because it looks fake, I guess.
I want to be like," don't scratch my card!" 👊😝
