Well my suspicions were correct.  I was watching the wrong reports.  I kept checking my EQ and TU for a hard pull.   They SP'd my EQ report when I requested the CLI and also HP'd my Experian report.  Oh well, at least I have 7 inquires on my EX and 1 on EQ & TU :-)
