Congrats on a lot of fronts here - finding a way to weather the job loss and medical bills, keeping everything current, getting the debt paid down, and the trifecta of great approvals. Most of all though, I’m very glad to hear your wife is doing well. That’s a terrifying thing to face - thankfully she is doing well and still with you!
My "Army Strong" wife is tough as nails but chemo almost broke her. She has been putting up with my shenanigans for 28 years and she still keeps me around. That trifecta was reading posts here on the forum for the past month. If I found MyFico a year ago we'd be much closer but we're gaining ground. I just need to stay in the garden until next March or April. Inch by inch, it's a cinch.
Thanks for sharing your inspiring story. I enjoyed it. It just goes to show with patience, diligence, discipline, and perseverance, good things come to those who are up to the challenge.
Beating the odds and coming back stronger—KUDOS to you and DW.
And a huge congrats on the NFCU approval. It’s actually kind of funny—your being with NFCU for 2 years with none of their CCs, and most of us who apply for membership want a CC the second we become a member. 😂🤣 Yep, I enjoyed your story.
Lol you have the same reassurance from your wife that I have from mine - married 10 years, together for 12, and she tolerates my dumb a** hobbies like modding cars and the like. She’s gonna sprain her eyes from rolling them I’m sure but she’s good for the duration
Wow, this brought back memories. 😂🤣 I haven’t heard the term “rolling your eyes” in eons.
