So after scooping up my 5% PCM MC, I had my eye on this other card offered by GreenState FCU (based out of IA). As I migrate my setup from points to strictly cashback, this one wraps up the categories for me. I haven't been traveling anywhere near as much obvi, and when I do I dont always get to stay at my preferred spots. In those cases I'll have this bad boy ready to go.
GreenState FCU World Mastercard
- $15,000 SL
- APR: 13.90% (lowest!!) and 0% for 6 months
- SUB: $100 for $1,000 spend in 60 days
- Rewards: 5% cash back on any hotel and any airline, year round (no registration, nada)
- Primary CDW - very nice perk!
- If it codes as a hotel or airline, it's giving the 5x cash back, and each point is equal to 1cpp
- AF: $0, period (no hooks or anything)
- New Accts < 6Mo = 1; <12Mo = 9
- TU Inquiries < 6Mo = 3; <12Mo = 7
- CRA: TU F8, 783
- Total Limits now $723,500
Same as PCM, they didn't have any issues with current available credit or recent (last 12 months) activity. Eligibility is a bid cornered (graduates or current students from Univ of Iowa, anyone who lives or works in Iowa, or Jo Daviess, Carroll, Whiteside, Rock Island, Henry, Mercer, Knox, Henderson, Warren, Hancock counties in IL, and family (regardless of state) of current members
I think now I'm going to settle in an garden until the end of the year (year right!)

Between PCM and GreenState you've certainly been scooping up some really prime cards
with excellent perks and cash back features. You don't necessarily have to travel anywhere.
You could always staycation at a hotel near you for a change of scenery and still pick up
that 5% CB bonus as well. In addition, AirBnB also merchant codes as a hotel stay.
To be safe, check with GreenState and verify before booking. Congrats again on
