I called Cap One out of the blue today and inquired if I have a PC available.
I explained that I had the Quiksilver One and wanted a prime card with no AF and that all of my other cards are prime.
I was placed on hold for about 30 seconds and wolah- I was approved for the Venture One!!!
This was the card I had app'd for about three months ago and was denied--- today I call in for a PC offer and it's approved!
Sidenote- I asked about if I was due for a CLI and the CSR said "it should be soon" (could it possibly come with my new card, oh I can only dream 
)
