Use that card a bit and PIF and then in a few months go back and get a CLI and you'll likely get to or close to 25K.  Then get a second card and they will likely give you 10k or so then a few months later you can likely bring that one to a CL of 25k also.  

As long as you are good to NFCU they will always be good to you.  I don't think there is a more generous lender out there.
