I am curious. What was your goal of obtaining the HSBC card. Clearly it was not to obtain a low interest rate. Was it just to have an additional line of credit and expand the amount of open credit you already have?

Hello and thank you for replying to my post @Hawxter I am pretty well set for

credit,so getting any more is usually a vanity move on my part...allthough the 3% cash back and 10% yearly 

bonus are nothing to sneeze at. The very nice people that make up the Myfico community

can tell you soooooo much more about credit then I could. I just like apping for certain cards 

to see if I can get them tbh.Hope this answers your question :-)
