Holy Moly! Amazon Store Card Approved fo 1800!

So my credi scores have shot up between 20-30 points between a collection mysteriously disappearing and paying off several credit cards but still 1 (3-year-old collection) and 1 30-day late from February.

Scores are all in mid 630s -- which is great for me!

Decided to take a chance on Amazon since, well, my life comes from Amazon!

Was prompted to call in and verify and as she submitted, kept expecting "I'm sorry... you'll receive a letter within 7-10 days..." and she said "Congratulations! You've been approved..."

Figured I would get a low starting toy limit ... I about died when she said it was for 1800.00!

I'm Thrilled! For me, this is better than Amex!

Congratulations! In April, I received a $1,600 SL. After three or four statements, I requested a CLI, and I received a 3x credit limit increase. My credit limit is now $4,800 CL. It was exciting to receive that. So definitely go for a CLI down the road. I was in the mid 600s when I app'd for the credit card..
