We've had this card twice before, ended up getting closed for a lack of use... twice.

There are situations where Home Depot has the part I need and Lowes does not, and it's annoying to me to NOT have the card.

We'll see if we do any better with it this time around.

First time was two years... we deliberately kept that card open and empty waiting to replace our air conditioner... they closed the card before we were ready. Oops.

Can't remember the second time... assume the same two years.
